[Libssh] libssh svn (v0.3.0) NSIS Windows Installer

Hi,

I've created a NSIS installer for Windows. I don't have a windows machine so I 
can't test it. It would be nice if someone could try it.

http://www.cynapses.org/tmp/libssh-0.2.90.exe

The files have been cross compiled with mingw on linux. You can find the 
binaries and the nsis installer as RPM in the openSUSE Build Service.
