[Libssh] libssh svn updates

Hello,

I've created a v0.2 branch today for 0.2 maintenance updates. The API in trunk 
has changed (sftp) and will change in the next time (passphrase callbacks). I 
have one commit left for a better authentication callback function for the 
private key passphrase and possibly other stuff.

I'm currently working on ssh-agent support for UNIX systems.
